Nano Block

Removes PFAS, PFOA from your water!

Advanced and revolutionary  NSF certified filtration cartridge

The Nano Block is a combination of various medias in a specialized binder process and manufacturing method that is a trade secret

Nano Block

Simple… it removes PFAS, PFOA from your water!

The Nano Block is NSF P473 certified and has also been tested and certified by IAPMO.

The 4.5” by 22” cartridge combines both absorption and nano technologies through a special binding process creating the Nano Block that provides an affordable and simple design to remove PFAS and PFOA in your water supply.  The Nano Block also removes chlorine, VOCs, heavy metals, including lead, mercury, arsenic, and chromium.  The Nano Block works for flow rates up to 15 gallons per minute, and can be scaled to accommodate much larger flow rates.

The Nano Block has been rigorously tested by NSF and IAPMO certified labs, and with real world contaminated PFAS/PFOA surface water from a contaminated lake.   Lab testing included concentrations of 500,000 parts per trillion (ppt), with consistent 98-99% removal to 30,000 gallons.  Typical PFAS/PFOS concentrations documented in contaminated water supplies tested by the EPA,, and the U.S. Air Force average between 5 to 150 ppt in municipal supplies with contaminated wells seeing anywhere from 100 to 60,000 ppt concentrations.  Regardless of your concentration, the Nano Block will remove the contaminates.

To learn more about PFAS and PFOA, typically referred to as “Forever Chemicals,” please see our PFAS Page for more resources on this man made chemical contaminate.

How long does Nano Block last?

With proper pre-filtration before your water goes through the Nano Block, the unit easily functions for PFAS and PFOA removal up to 150,000 + gallons.  The optimal incoming water quality from your well or local water utility after pre-filtration is recommended to be at the following levels:

Is the Nano Block NSF and ANSI certified?
