Ceramic Block

CERAMIC BLOCK is a ceramic based catalyst with activated surfaces.

Microorganisms (bacteria, viruses, protozoa, micro-algae, yeast, etc.) that get into a direct contact with these surfaces, instantly lose their electrons to the positive active sites causing their entire structure to collapse.

The Ceramic Block is best utilized at point of entry or point of distribution in your water system, such as your home’s main water line from your local water utility or your private well.  The Nano Ceramic is an in-line solution for applications up to 15+ GPM.   Custom sizes can be made for larger volumes in commercial and industrial applications.

With no power requirements and allowing high gravitational flows, the Ceramic Block can be used upstream or downstream of your water supply line.

How long does Ceramic Block last?

With proper pre-filtration before your water goes through the Nano Block, the unit is warrantied to disinfect 200,000 gallons; however, we have observed much higher volumes when incoming water is pre-filtered to remove material that may clog the Nano Block. The optimal incoming water quality from your well or local water utility after pre-filtration is recommended to be at the following levels:
